I just discovered that Gibson just released a follow-up to the robot guitar they made, and they even gave it another nasty name. it is called the “Dusk Tiger.” It’s like a pimped out version of the Robot guitar. The MCK or the Master Control Knob has now been upgraded and now features a full – color LED screen, not to mention more functionalities. The design of the guitar looks like a tiger textured Les Paul. It comes with a Gibson Burstbucker 3 pickup and a P-90 h, and an additional piezo pick up that you can blend in with the two pickups using a rotational knob on the three ways pick up switch. You could also choose a tone for your guitar by switching the knob, tones ranging from the classic ’58 Les Paul or the f355 or even a Gibson acoustic Guitar.
It still has all the common robot guitar features, the auto-tuning and he auto-intonation, only faster and simpler to operate. And now, you can save up to 16 user preset tunings, accessible with just a turn and click of the knob. Mind you, the Gibson Dusk Tiger is a limited edition guitar, only 1000 were made, so if you got the funds, go out and grab one of these rocking guitars.
